How do I return?
- Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the delivery options once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.
- The goods need to be in an unused condition with the tags attached.
- Masks and underwear are non-returnable.
Are there any charges for return?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using An Post or DPD. DPD offers a flat rate of €6.50 for a tracked parcel, while An Post charges €4.95. Both options include a generous 5kg allowance for your return.
How soon will I get my refund?
- It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your parcel, depending on which service you use.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
I ordered by phone and don't have an order number. How can I return with a DPD or An Post pre-paid label?
