What happens if you need to return something?

We have a very straightforward returns process.  

For any reason if you're unhappy with an item you've purchased you have 14 days to return it to us. We have a returns page at the bottom of our homepage and it will lead you through the simple step by step process.  

We offer the option to return your parcel with the tracked DPD service for additional peace of mind.
