We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about something we are happy to offer an exchange, refund or online voucher within 21 days from purchase.

How do I return?

  • Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click Start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with the delivery options once the return request is approved.

 

Can I return a sale item?

  • We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note on sale items if the receipt is within 21 days.

  • No refunds are permitted on sale items. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 21 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • The goods need to be in an unused condition with the tags attached.

  • Masks and underwear are non returnable.

 

Are there any charges for return? 

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. We really recommend that you use DPD as there is a flat rate of €6.50 for a tracked parcel. There is a generous 5kg allowance for this return.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your parcel, depending on which service you use.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.

 

I ordered by phone and don't have an order number. How can I return with a DPD pre-paid label?
