We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about something we are happy to offer an exchange, refund or online voucher within 28 days from purchase.
Returns Information
Simply click here to return your item and follow the instructions on screen.
- The goods need to be in unused condition with the tags attached.
- Please enclose the invoice which has your order number on it.
It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your parcel, depending on which service you use.
Depending on your request we will either exchange your item, refund you or issue you with an online voucher. All refunds are returned to the card the payment was made from.
We are happy to offer you a full exchange, refund or a credit note on sale items for the same up to 28 days from purchase.
Please note for in store sale item purchases we offer 7 days exchange only.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. We recommend that you use DPD as there is a flat rate of €6.50 for a tracked parcel. There is a generous 5kg allowance for this return. You can arrange your return here.
- We strongly recommend you get a copy of your DPD drop off receipt to allow us track your parcel on return.
- You must ensure that the item is scanned at the drop off location so that the DPD driver is alerted to carry out the pick-up at this location.
Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you change your mind about something we are happy to offer a full refund for 14 days from receipt of your parcel and up to 28 days from original purchase date. The goods need to be in an unused condition with the tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.
Please allow up to 10 working days to process your refund from the date we receive your return.
Refunds can only be made to same card that you used to purchase the item.
