We ship all our parcels with DPD and you will receive your tracking number by email when you order online. As DPD are experiencing increased volumes at this time, your delivery may take slightly longer than usual to reach you.

Not all items that are in-store will be online and visa versa. We do our best to keep a level stock between our two stores and online but to avoid disappointment, if there are certain items you are coming in to see, please call ahead and we will do our best to organise them for you.

We offer free DPD delivery across the Republic of Ireland if your order is over €50. If your order is below €50, delivery is €5.

Yes, you sure can! If you place you order over the phone, you can collect from our Ashford and Gorey stores as well as our warehouse in Rathnew, Wicklow. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the delivery man.

Once we receive your refund with the appropriate paper work and the items are in an unused condition with the tags attached, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Klarna is a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' payment service provider that helps you buy what you want now without having to pay straight away. Ideal! They now dealing with 100,000 online retailers and we are delighted to be one of the first in Ireland to offer the service.
